Last week, several out of town family members attended a relative’s funeral in Ottawa. Knowing we had very little time to get a quick light meal between visitations, I contacted GrillMaster to arrange a sandwich platter to be delivered to our hotel for a specific time. I was too late for a scheduled delivery for the next day but was told I could pick up the platter at the restaurant. Explaining I could not leave the Funeral Home, I was referred to Banan Pattison, one of the owners. Showing a great deal of compassion, Banan offered to drop off the platter herself, even though Friday was a very busy day for them. I am forever grateful to her for literally going that extra mile. At a time of grief, that kind gesture was very much appreciated. (Oh yes, and the sandwich platter was indeed delicious, fresh, varied and abundant) .

We used Grill Masters for an employee BBQ and I can’t thank Roger and his team enough for putting on a GREAT event for us. They took care of all of everything, including tents, table and chairs, linens and of course wonderful food and beverages. The staff were extremely professional and easy to work with and made my job easy, it was one stop shopping which as a planner I love.

Roger and Banan Pattison owners of the Grill Master Restaurant, in Ottawa, provided complimentary turkey dinners for our clients and staff in December. On a regular basis, the Pattisons provide discount meals to individual clients of the Neil Squire Society, who visit the restaurant for breakfast or lunch.
The Grill Master also catered our Employ-Ability Program graduation luncheon in December, at no cost. The Neil Squire Society is a not-for-profit organization, with very limited funding for this type of expense. The Pattison’s have made all the difference on our holiday and program celebrations.
And since the holiday, Banan came by with a dessert tray – just to tempt those of us with New Years Resolutions to avoid sweets!

Their organized and courteous staff go above and beyond for the 15 to 20 BBQ’s we organize every summer.
Along with the great service, Grill Master certainly doesn’t cut corners on their food quality either.Our residents constantly thank and compliment us for the great food but it’s really Grill Master they should be thanking!
